This 20-item checklist is a quick and easy way to check yourself for digital fatigue (and burnout) risks. You will be asked questions on your digital work practises based on which we aim to create awareness for the implementation of healthy habits and solutions that work. You will be shown the gaps and what to focus on to be more productive and healthy in the expanding digital workspace.
